The candidate is a senior sales with a can-do attitude. Successful, sympathetic and hard working. Besides a broad professional experience, the candidate brings in a great personality. He is able to create customer willingness, drive new business and expand existing business. The candidate is used to managing multiple accounts, working in a matrix model and combines direct sales and partner experience, which helps him in a diverse and customer oriented approach.

In sales he currently focuses on the Enterprise and Corporate market, especially public, finance, manufacturing and distribution & services. He is responsible for an account set of 600 accounts, selling application lifecycle management solutions and various development tools. The candidate always achieved scoring up and above target at A-vendors selling high-end solutions and is working in sales for 19 years now.

Among the successful projects the following stand out:
- Bringing together the software development and project organization at a financial institute giving them better insights on managing complex software development projects and the impact of them on financial planning and reaching milestones form implementation.
- Replacing a stand-alone ticketing system in a central repository at a services company in the utilities market. Synchronizing incidents between the development and operations environment was hard and sometimes resulted in loosing data. By listening to the customer and the importance of this process I started working with them on an integrated approach, resulting in a streamlined and satisfied customer and doubling the contract value.
- Replacing all source code repositories (20+) at a global energy company. Despite the different platform I convinced the Project and Technologies team to use a Microsoft solution for all their platforms based on what they were looking for. Their key issues were scalability, support for all the platforms they are using (.NET, Java and OS/X) and future proof.
- Replacing software testing tools at a health insurance company. This company had been using HP tools for 5 years. By showing the optimization and increase in quality when using Microsoft’s test tooling I was able to convince them start using the Microsoft tooling.

In a future step he is looking for a challenging environment and would love to learn new things and make those successful. With a result-oriented view and an entrepreneurial and structured approach, he would like to expand business and be successful with the team for in an inspiring and high-end business (probably software).
