The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for gaining revenue and securing new business, together with the external account manager, within the Public Sector space. He/She identifies, qualifies and closes new and incremental business opportunities, informs customers of new products, upgrades and transition paths as appropriate. The ISR is responsible for cold calling activities into assigned accounts, and is responsible for turning interest into concrete opportunities He/she also participates in sales initiatives and marketing campaigns, is responsible for producing accurate account plans, sales forecasts and ensures sales activity is tracked using the required reporting tools.

Besides that, the Internal Sales Representative is able to configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions and provide accurate follow up, product information and overall account support. He/She also works closely with business partners, creates relationships and develops and drives a proactive approach into assigned accounts.


At least two years of proven sales track record (via cold calling) with experience in acquiring new business and developing targeted accounts;
Ability to understand and articulate customer requirements in order to propose solutions and benefits which meet and exceed customer requirements;
Excelling negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Dutch;
Relationship builder, able to clearly present information tailored to the audience;
Quick learner, self-starter, proactive, target driven;
Understanding of IT products is preferred;
Enthusiastic, persistent, personable, perceptive, problem solver and decision maker.
