The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) will take ownership of bringing in Fortune 50-100 logos, revenue generation, developing new opportunities, manage pipeline, create & execute account strategies, close enterprise-level deals, and manage customer expansion for our award winning and leading enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will possess the intelligence and aptitude to position the benefits of enterprise integration software, as well as the strategic thinking to drive a complex enterprise sales process, within a Sales 2.0 business model. Strong track record of success is a must.

The candidate develops/expands a relationship network of key players and decision makers on different levels within the target market. He/she demonstrates thought leadership and account direction based on a deep understanding of customer's business drivers. He/she manages and influences the virtual team to successfully address the needs of all parties involved. He/she shows leadership and direction to the cross functional virtual team and an ability to unify them around common goals. He/she drives the sales process and operational excellence by ensuring a smooth interface.

  • Bachelor's or Academic degree required
  • 10-30 years' related successful selling experience with Enterprise Software of which at least 5 years to enterprise accounts
  • Experience with application integration is a plus
  • Extensive network within the target market and multiple years of experience in driving sales and managing business within an international environment
  • A proven track record of significant over-quota achievements (top 10-20% of company in past positions); proven history of achieving targets and attending company's Sales Awards and incentive programs; Consistent earnings over-achievement; ability to accurately forecast sales activity 
  • Exceptional commitment to accurately tracking all customer engagement and activity through the use of SalesForce.com
  • Has strong relationship selling skills and is able to lead sales calls at every level of the account, executive level or otherwise
