The Customer Success Director (CSD) is responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle of a portfolio of client customers. The CSD will be the primary advocate for each customer, guiding them along a path to success and engaging resources across the company to accelerate the expansion of our client within each customer. 

The CSD will own the ultimate success of the most strategic customers, including customer onboarding, project success, retention, and renewal.The CSD is primarily focused on driving the company strategic agenda with the client base. This role is pivotal in driving the value of the complete suite of solutions to meet the needs of our customers.  

  • Self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success and aligning in complex customer environments at the executive and departmental level
  • Able to drive a sales campaign (coordinating internal and external stakeholders)
  • Consultative selling approach 
  • Experienced in API, SaaS Integration and/or SOA 
  • Must have excellent communication skills, written skills (English) and be an excellent facilitator
  • Is passionate about technology, a natural, credible evangelist and experienced in translating that passion into business impact for customers
