The Account Executive’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing and net new customers. The Account Executive brings a Point of View to the Customer engagement; uses all resources to solve customer problems with appropriate solutions.

He/she is responsible for account and customer relationship management. The Sr. Sales Executive develops effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. With excellent understanding of each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategies and competitive landscapes, he/she builds strong customer acumen. The Sr. Sales Executive is able to sell value (and trust) and demonstrates leadership skills in orchestration of remote teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)
  • 10+  years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions 
  • Proven track record in business application software sales
  • Strong sales track record in one or more segments (for example government)
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market
  • A collaborative management style and disposition and capability to work in a networked organization with a strong culture of virtual working teams, and evidence of delivering results through building effective relationships with teams across functions and geographies
  • Strong capabilities in value based and proactive selling
  • Rigorous execution of sales processes: territory management, account planning, demand generation, qualification, pipeline management, forecasting
